After a dinner party at home, I found more than a dozen glass bottles standing near the garbage can. The sight of the glass waste my family had generated revolted me.
That moment led to the birth of Speravi, a soy wax candle-making initiative transforming used glass bottles and jars into beacons of light and hope. I founded this green initiative in 2024 to do my part in reducing the amount of glass waste being added to landfills. It combines my passion for candle making with my desire to contribute to reducing waste.
